ROSSI  Rossi was re-homed to me on his last hour from the death row at my local rescue kennels on 8th May 1994. He went though so many of life's experiences with me, we both "grew up together". Although a gsd x lab he took on many of the gsd traits. He was loyal, protective and a very good friend. We went through some very difficult times together and without him I would have lost the will to live. He kept me strong. His hips eventually gave way and after years of medications, injections and hydrotherapy. He was pts on 26th March 2005 aged 14. He remained stubborn and fought to live right until the end, making me doubt my decision that it was his time. Typical Rossi! He left a huge gap in life and will always be sorely missed.  |
