In Memory of KIM
No clattering of claws on the wooden
floor,
No headlong dash downstairs, as I open the door,
No holes being dug on the allotment plot,
Plants trampled and broken? I think not,
Next doors cat has now learnt to relax,
When it came to a chase Kim was never lax,
But the worst thing of all
No cute doggy smile,
No wagging of tail,
And no soft big brown eyes,
Our lives were enriched by a dog we called KIM,
She never asked for a lot, just the love we could give,
And a nice cosy bed, with her food closely by,
Why did we lose her? It doesn't seem fair,
She is no longer here, but we feel her still,
She left her mark on our hearts, and will always be there.

God
bless KIM xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
